The seller sets the mandate.
Representation starts only after the seller provides written authority and AvianTrader has reviewed the requested scope.
Private representation
For sellers who need a more controlled path to qualified interest, without confusing a platform-represented placement with an ordinary member listing.
A quieter route, with the same record
Private brokerage is a separately disclosed service for approved sellers who want qualified-buyer screening and controlled introductions for a bird or collection.
It begins with written authority from the seller and a manual review of the request. A brokerage request is not an automatic approval, listing, ownership determination, or representation agreement.
Representation starts only after the seller provides written authority and AvianTrader has reviewed the requested scope.
Prospective buyers can provide qualification context privately. The seller decides whether an introduction proceeds.
Where a brokered listing is approved, it is labeled as brokered so its role is never confused with an ordinary peer-to-peer listing.
A separate service boundary
Ordinary member listings are published by independent sellers. Brokerage is a separate, manually administered service with distinct authority, disclosures, responsibilities, and any applicable fees.
Neither route replaces independent confirmation of species, ownership, records, permits, transport requirements, or animal welfare before a transaction.
Private intake
Describe the birds or collection at a high level. Do not upload or paste identification, permits, financial records, veterinary files, or a precise private address. An authorized reviewer requests evidence separately if the submission advances.
