AvianTrader keeps identity, breeder-profile, and credential review outcomes separate. A visible outcome reflects the information reviewed within a stated scope at a recorded point in time.
That record can make a conversation more informed. It does not establish legal eligibility, ownership, animal health, husbandry quality, transport readiness, or the future conduct of either party.
Context carries a date.
Outcomes can be associated with the kind of review and the relevant review date, so an old label is never presented as an unlimited or permanent assurance.
Documents do not become a public display.
Private evidence remains restricted to authorized review. Public profiles can show an outcome, never an unrestricted copy of personal or credential records.
